Compensation:

$70,000 - $170,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a reliable consultant for new clients acquired through proactive outreach to identify and establish potential prospects.
  • Tailor financial strategies for each client based on their professional circumstances, life stage, and evolving financial objectives.
  • Collaborate directly with clients to develop comprehensive financial profiles, enabling you to provide informed financial guidance based on their unique financial situation, income, goals, and other wealth management factors.
  • Contribute as a cooperative team member committed to personal and professional development through ongoing training opportunities.
  • Offer strategic recommendations on products, plans, and investments to assist clients in achieving their financial aspirations.
Qualifications:
  • A foundational understanding of the financial advisor role or financial consulting, along with a genuine interest in the financial sector and its products.
  • Exceptional communication and numerical skills, paired with a proven ability to foster strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, CRM systems, financial planning software, Google Suite, and other relevant business or financial management tools is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is required.
  • Possession of a valid FINRA Series 7 & 63/66 is advantageous but not mandatory.
