Position Overview:
Soliant Health is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) to provide essential services in an educational setting. This full-time role focuses on working with a varied population of elementary students, delivering both individualized and group therapy sessions to tackle a range of speech and language challenges. Responsibilities include crafting and executing IEPs (Individualized Education Programs), collaborating with educators and families, and tracking student development throughout the academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and identify speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Create and execute tailored treatment strategies for each student.
  • Work alongside teachers, parents, and other specialists to enhance student learning.
  • Keep precise records of student progress and modify therapy plans as needed.
  • Engage in IEP meetings, offering expert insights on students' speech and language requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
