About the Role:

This is a contract-to-hire position that requires strong technical configuration experience on the backend of Workday, specializing in the setup and optimization of key components like earnings codes, absence plans, and time tracking systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and maintain Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules
  • Manage earnings codes, absence plans, time tracking setups, time tags, and templates
  • Provide technical support and best practices for Workday configuration
  • Advise payroll and HR teams on Workday PATT functionalities and improvements
  • Ensure compliance with payroll policies and time tracking requirements
  • Lead configuration projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of hands-on technical configuration experience in Workday, specifically in Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking
  • Expertise in configuring earnings codes, absence plans, time tracking, time tags, and templates
  • Strong understanding of backend Workday configurations
  • Ability to collaborate with and advise HR and payroll teams
  • Workday Pro certification in relevant modules is highly preferred
Preferred Skills:
  • Problem-solving abilities with a focus on optimizing payroll and time tracking processes
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
