We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Dietitian to join our team at Redlands. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and promoting healthy lifestyles.
Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans, ensuring seamless collaboration with healthcare teams.
- Deliver group and individual education on healthy eating habits and disease management, empowering patients to take control of their well-being.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in nutrition and dietetics, applying this knowledge to drive evidence-based practice.
- Current and valid Registered Dietitian credential issued by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Current American Heart Association CPR certification preferred
- Two years professional work experience as a Registered Dietitian preferred
