As they continue to expand and evolve, they are in search of a Senior Accountant to enhance their corporate office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record financial transactions and classify entries in the general ledger.
  • Perform reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and other billing statements.
  • Ensure the maintenance of precise and comprehensive accounting records and documentation.
  • Support the month-end closing process, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Conduct monthly account analyses and reconciliations.
  • Investigate and assess expense variances for management review.
  • Assist in the annual audit process by preparing draft financial statements and accompanying notes.
  • Help establish, revise, document, and coordinate the implementation of accounting control procedures.
  • Collaborate with various departments and engage with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience, particularly in monthly closing processes.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced spreadsheet skills.
  • Familiarity with accounting software; experience with Sage Intacct is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
  • Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while adhering to tight deadlines.
