At DISH, we're reimagining the future of connectivity. As a Field Technician, you'll play a critical role in delivering TV and Smart Home solutions to millions of customers. You'll be the face of our company, building rapport with customers and providing exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain DISH equipment and services in customers' homes
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and technical skills to provide the best possible service

Requirements
