Job Title: Cabinet Sales Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales/designer team and drive growth in our custom cabinet division at Kendrick, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor and motivate the designers/sales team to maximize performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets for expansion.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in the cabinetry or home improvement industry.
- Proven experience in business development, technical sales, and account management.
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and competitors and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated success in managing a sales team.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
