We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Medical Director of Quality and Patient Experience to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our quality and patient experience initiatives, working closely with our healthcare team to provide comprehensive healthcare services to patients.

As a Medical Director, you will support objectives, budget, and performance metrics at the individual level, ensuring that we continue to deliver exceptional patient care.

You will also be responsible for implementing quality control standards, risk management, and compliance programs, as well as providing quality clinical care to our patients in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have a Doctorate from an accredited medical school, at least one year of medical/surgical experience, and be licensed to practice medicine by the Virginia Department of Health Professions.

We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 to $300,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
