LPN Primary Care Nurse

As a Primary Care LPN, you will be an integral part of our healthcare team, delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with clinicians and other healthcare professionals to provide a range of healthcare services. Your clinical duties will involve both direct and indirect patient care activities, requiring a strong foundation in nursing knowledge and skills.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Tasks: Prepare patients for office visits, perform focused nursing assessments, and recognize signs and symptoms of common medical conditions.
- Practice Management Activities: Maintain patient schedules, respond to incoming messages, and facilitate follow-up duties on patient plans of care.
- Teamwork and Leadership: Demonstrate flexibility, respond to medical emergencies, and serve as a resource for team members.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Practical Nurse License (Washington) within 6 months of hire
- Basic Life Support certification
- Two years of nursing experience in an ambulatory care setting
- IV therapy experience or recent experience documenting in an electronic medical record system
