About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Technician to join our team at Konecranes Nuclear Equip and Services LLC. As an Industrial Technician, you will be responsible for conducting inspections, maintenance, and repairs on electric overhead traveling cranes and hoists at customer locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of cranes and hoists to identify potential issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as lubricating moving parts and replacing worn-out components.
  • Repair and replace electrical, mechanical, and structural components as needed.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and provide solutions to customers.
  • Document all work performed and maintain accurate records.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide recommendations for material handling improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry codes and regulations, such as OSHA, ANSI, CMAA, and HMI.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma required; Associate degree in Industrial Electrical and/or Mechanical Technology or related field preferred.
  • Minimum one (1) year experience involving electrical troubleshooting and mechanical repair.
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment.
