Responsibilities

* Provide evidence-based nursing practices to ensure safe and excellent patient care
* Communicate effectively with patients, nursing colleagues, and other healthcare team members
* Administer medications using the latest technologies to ensure patient safety
* Document patient care electronically and provide patient-centered education
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe patient transitions and continuum of care

Qualifications

* Current New Jersey Registered Nurse license
* BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association
* 6+ months of nursing experience or participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program
* NICU experience preferred
* NRP certification preferred
* Pediatric IV therapy and bereavement certification preferred
* BSN preferred
