Job Summary

The Pediatric Nurse Specialist at CodeForce is responsible for providing high-quality patient care to children and families in a safe and therapeutic environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for pediatric patients
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care in collaboration with the healthcare team
  • Provide education to patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of New Hampshire
  • Basic Life Support certification
  • One year of prior pediatric clinical nursing experience

Shift and Specialty

7pm to 7am, 4 weekend shifts per 4 week block, holiday rotation
