Key Responsibilities:- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and project coordination.
- Project Management: Prepare and process various survey documents, including lot line adjustments, parcel maps, and condominium plans.
- Technical Expertise: Utilize expertise in 3D mapping and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D to drive innovation and efficiency in surveying processes.
- Team Leadership: Direct and supervise survey crews, ensuring adherence to field and office standards while providing mentorship to junior staff.

- 8+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying plus 4+ years.
- Licensed Land Surveyor in California or LSIT ready to take LS exam.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, with a strong grasp of surveying standards and procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team, with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Competitive compensation ranging from $100,000 to $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
