As a Senior Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating survey projects, utilizing cutting-edge technology to redefine industry standards across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and project coordination.
  • Project Management: Prepare and process various survey documents, including lot line adjustments, parcel maps, and condominium plans.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize expertise in 3D mapping and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D to drive innovation and efficiency in surveying processes.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and supervise survey crews, ensuring adherence to field and office standards while providing mentorship to junior staff.

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of relevant experience or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying plus 4+ years.
  • Licensed Land Surveyor in California or LSIT ready to take LS exam.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, with a strong grasp of surveying standards and procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team, with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
