Job Summary

As a Certified Home Health Aide with The Staff Pad, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care in the comfort of their own homes. Your primary responsibility will be to assist patients with daily living activities, ensuring their safety and well-being. You will work under the supervision of a Home Health clinical manager/supervisor and/or director, and will be responsible for communicating with the RN or PT/OT/ST case manager for any concerns that may arise during patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide basic care and assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing
  • Assist patients with safety and vital signs
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Understand and follow individualized plans of care developed by the Home Health RN/PT/OT/ST case manager
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and adhere to regulatory requirements

Requirements
  • Current Montana License as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) required
  • BLS certification required
  • At least one year of long-term care experience or prior home health or hospice experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
