Project Engineer and Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer II/III to contribute to the success of our team at Timmons Group.
As a Project Engineer II/III, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including land development, transportation, and infrastructure initiatives.
Key Areas of Expertise- Land Development: Residential, Commercial, and Municipal/Government projects
- Transportation: Roadway Design and Traffic Analysis
- Design project components using relevant software, modeling, and Civil 3D technology
- Perform calculations using engineering formulas and skills, and/or utilize computers to solve problems
- Prepare specifications and materials through research and manufacturing catalogs
- Work to complete design details and plan sets
- Conduct research and write objective summary reports
- Assist in the preparation of engineering and construction cost estimates
- Complete field observation, inspection, and data collection duties
- Communicate with client staff and internal design team
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related field
- At least two years of experience in civil engineering, EIT preferred
- Working knowledge of Civil 3D preferred
- Microstation considered for Transportation related positions, Synchro & Vissim for Traffic Analysis
