We're seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Corpus Christi, TX. As a clinician-led care organization, we're committed to making healthcare better for everyone.

Salary: The estimated annual salary for this position is around $125,000, plus a quality bonus with a target of $15,000.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work alongside talented peers in a collaborative environment to provide high-quality patient care.
  2. Manage a primarily Medicare-aged patient population with compassion and expertise.
  3. Collaborate with primary care physicians, hospitalists, and sub-specialists to ensure seamless care coordination.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: Base salary plus annual quality bonus with a target of $15,000.
  • Bonuses: 160 hours PTO in first year, plus 5 days for CME, and the clinics are closed for 8 national holidays.
  • Supportive Environment: Strong clinical support team including RNs, LVNs, MAs, nurse educators, case managers, clinic administrators, referral managers, coders, centralized scheduling, nurse advice line, and robust IT.
  • Clinical Opportunities: Participate in clinical growth opportunities, driving towards the Quadruple Aim.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), or the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
  • Experience: 1+ year of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Languages: Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency.
  • Understanding: A working understanding and support of a managed care environment.
