Job Summary

Management Support Technology, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager Assistant to support our federal government customer. This is a new opportunity where we will be assessing workstreams and processes to identify strategies to optimize resources while ensuring activities don't overlap within different teams across the agency.

The successful candidate will assist in the management of small-scale projects, encompassing small tasks with a total lifecycle budget and complexity comparable to the task order at hand. Key responsibilities will include formulating and defining system scope and objectives, compiling and analyzing technical data, advising stakeholders and customers on complex system projects and activities, and working closely with stakeholders to define communication systems and equipment requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge and experience in the use of Microsoft Office, MS Project, SharePoint, and Power BI
  • Collaborative team player with strong analytical and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and self-driven
  • Excellent organization skills and project tracking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), and proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and develop productive working relationships with resources and dependent teams
  • Must be able to obtain a National Agency Check Inquires (NACI)
