Ground Support Equipment Specialist

McGee Air Services is seeking a highly skilled Ground Support Equipment Specialist to join our team at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our ground support equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular inspections of ground support equipment to ensure it is in good working condition
- Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment as needed
- Coordinate with third-party vendors to ensure timely and effective repair of equipment
- Provide coaching and guidance to colleagues on the safe and effective use of ground support equipment
- Develop and implement procedures for the standardization of ground support equipment
- Monitor and report on equipment performance and make recommendations for improvement
- 2+ years of experience in ground support equipment maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of ground support equipment and inspection guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including overnights, weekends, and holidays
- Competitive hourly rate: $22.46 - $31.13
