Sodexo is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at Yale New Haven's Saint Raphael's campus in New Haven, CT.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to provide inpatient nutrition care for a variety of units, demonstrate a passion for service in the dietetics field, and work collaboratively with healthcare team members.
Responsibilities:- Provide inpatient nutrition care for a variety of inpatient units
- Demonstrate a passion for service in the dietetics field
- Work every 5th weekend and rotating holidays providing hospital-wide coverage
- Perform quality improvement initiatives such as patient satisfaction rounds and monthly test trays, as assigned
- Educate healthcare team members, including physicians and nurses
- Registered Dietitian credentials, or who are RD eligible
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills
- The ability to work well with physicians, nursing, and ancillary staff
- A strong commitment to excellence in all aspects of patient care
