Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and troubleshoot palletizing robot issues, including clearing material jams and resolving faults.
  • Address basic to moderate operating difficulties involving area equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Maintain a clean and organized working area, including restocking supplies as needed.
  • Facilitate effective communication within the production team, ensuring seamless shift transitions.
  • Provide relief for other production team members during breaks and absences.
  • Monitor raw packaging material and supplies to optimize production efficiency.
  • Implement a First in First Out (FIFO) system for ingredients and materials.
  • Prepare and complete area paperwork with legible handwriting.
  • Conduct thorough forklift inspections prior to each shift, documenting findings accurately.
  • Maintain audit readiness in your work area.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to evaluate situations and problem-solve effectively.
  • Strong reading and interpretation skills, including manual comprehension.
  • Good work history and attendance record.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Capacity to lift a minimum of 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Willingness to work overtime when additional coverage is required.
