About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our sales team and drive growth in the construction industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling our software platform to construction, architecture, civil engineering, and homebuilding companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and target key prospects in the construction, architecture, civil engineering, and homebuilding sectors
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless implementation of the software for clients
  • Track sales activities, update CRM regularly, and report on progress
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience, preferably selling into construction, architecture, civil engineering, or homebuilding industries
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with the construction industry's challenges and workflows is a plus
Compensation and Benefits
  • Base salary of $90,000 with an expected first-year total earnings of $150,000 (base + commission)
