We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our sales team and drive growth in the construction industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for selling our software platform to construction, architecture, civil engineering, and homebuilding companies.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and target key prospects in the construction, architecture, civil engineering, and homebuilding sectors
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless implementation of the software for clients
- Track sales activities, update CRM regularly, and report on progress
- Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience, preferably selling into construction, architecture, civil engineering, or homebuilding industries
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with the construction industry's challenges and workflows is a plus
- Base salary of $90,000 with an expected first-year total earnings of $150,000 (base + commission)
