Main Responsibilities:

  • FMCSA/DOT Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws related to transportation and driver safety.
  • Driver Compliance Management: Oversee the collection, maintenance, and tracking of required documents for our drivers, including licenses, medical cards, and annual reviews.
  • DISA Compliance Program Management: Manage our DISA compliance program, ensuring all required documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Document Management: Collect, enter, and maintain required driver documents, including updating Quickbase HR, Network DOT Drive, and file cabinets.
  • Random Drug Testing: Coordinate random monthly drug tests for CDL drivers using DISA.
  • Scheduling Department Support: Collaborate with the scheduling department to obtain required documents from drivers.

Annual and Bi-Annual DOT Requirements:

  • MCS-150: Ensure bi-annual submission of MCS-150 forms.
  • UCR: Maintain annual UCR compliance.
  • Regulatory Updates: Stay informed and up-to-date on commercial driver FMCSA/DOT transportation laws and regulations.
  • Safety First: Monitor incoming complaints on drivers and respond promptly.
  • Drug Enforcement: Manage and maintain drug enforcement requirements.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Perform various other duties as needed to support the company's goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Adobe: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop.
  • DISA System: Experience with DISA system and compliance management.
  • Quickbase HR: Knowledge of Quickbase HR and its applications.
  • Self-Learning and Self-Starter: Ability to learn quickly and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • High Work Standards: Commitment to delivering high-quality results and maintaining exceptional work standards.
