About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Operations to lead our Los Angeles region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the performance of all our studios in the area, ensuring a positive client experience, and fostering a high-performing team culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Studio Leadership and Management
    • Lead the day-to-day operations of all studios in the Los Angeles region, setting the tone for excellence and accountability.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, improve profitability, and enhance client satisfaction.
    • Collaborate with our Curriculum team to develop and implement high-quality training programs for our instructors.
  • Performance, Scheduling, and Optimization
    • Work closely with our Finance team to analyze studio performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to drive growth.
    • Partner with our Operations team to optimize studio schedules, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
    • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to improve client experience and staff engagement.
  • Facilities Management
    • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all studios in the Los Angeles region, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and cleanliness.
    • Collaborate with our Facilities team to develop and implement strategies for reducing costs and improving efficiency.
  • New Studio Openings
    • Assist with the launch of new studios in the Los Angeles region, ensuring a smooth transition and high-quality client experience.
    • Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability in new studios.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 4-5 years of experience in multi-unit operations and management, preferably in the hospitality, retail, or food and beverage industries.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience developing, coaching, and mentoring diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to multi-task, communicate across departments, and drive results.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
