The Underground Administration's National Security Division is seeking a skilled CRM Developer specializing in Salesforce to support its case/matter management platform. As a key member of our team, you will design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow platform capabilities, develop and maintain Salesforce as a case/matter management platform, and integrate with mission partner data repositories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop ServiceNow platform capabilities to support case/matter management
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce as a case/matter management platform
  • Integrate with mission partner data repositories to ensure seamless data exchange

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience with CRM systems development
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow configuration, support, and maintenance
  • Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, support, and maintenance
  • Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Active Top Secret clearance
