Key Responsibilities
  • Write, edit, and integrate complex text and graphic materials into structured, readable documentation.
  • Manage individual projects, including identifying deliverables and release schedules.
  • Coordinate project schedules and scopes with cross-functional teams to ensure maximum content applicability.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet business objectives.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to support documentation standardization and development initiatives.
  • Continuously improve business and department processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Communications or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Technical Writing and Illustrator experience, preferably in outdoor products and/or industrial products.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign and Illustrator, and Creative Cloud.
  • A working knowledge of SolidWorks to edit/modify supplied CAD files.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Project management experience, excellent time management and organizational skills, and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional and global teams and effectively communicate.
  • Ability to manage a large portfolio of projects with varying complexities.
