Maintenance Associate Job Description

Fairfield Inn and Suites is seeking a skilled Maintenance Associate to join our team in Kingsburg, CA. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the property's grounds, building facilities, and guest rooms are well-maintained and clean.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily cleaning and upkeep tasks to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on property equipment and systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by supervisors.
  • Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and supervisors to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of heating, air conditioning, electric, and plumbing systems.
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
