Maintenance Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Associate to join our team at Fairfield Inn & Suites in Kingsburg, CA. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the property's maintenance and upkeep, providing a comfortable and clean environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning and upkeep tasks to maintain the property's appearance and functionality.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficient operation.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by the General Manager.
• Communicate effectively with the General Manager and other team members to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
