Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluations and assessments
  • Provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers and parents, to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions
  • Attend meetings and provide reports on student progress

Requirements:

  • A valid Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent is also required
  • Prior school-based experience is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Soliant is seeking a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech and language services to students with communication disorders in a school district in Lake Tapps, Washington. The ideal candidate will have a valid Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent, prior school-based experience, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will conduct evaluations and assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide speech and language therapy to students in both individual and group settings. You will also collaborate with other professionals, maintain accurate records, and attend meetings to provide reports on student progress.
