We are seeking a skilled Childbirth Nurse Specialist to join our team at Doctors Hospital of Augusta, part of HCA Healthcare.

Job Summary

This position requires a dedicated professional who can assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients in labor and delivery. You will work closely with the healthcare team to provide safe and effective care, promoting positive patient and unit outcomes.

The successful candidate will have proficiency in assessment, treatment, and care for laboring mothers and newborns, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong commitment to patient-centered care and a passion for delivering exceptional service are essential for this role.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, and tuition reimbursement.

Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity, you must be a graduate from an accredited school of Nursing with an Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher. You must also be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state where you practice and/or hold an active Compact/Multi-State RN license. A current American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider certification is required.
