Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at Metro RYDC. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional patient care and will be responsible for:

  • Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
  • Providing direct patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
  • Guiding patient teaching and nursing activities
  • Promoting a customer-friendly environment and providing superior service to our patients and staff
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Licensed as an RN in the State of Georgia
  • 1 year of previous experience in a clinical setting
  • Good organizational and decision-making skills; good physical and mental health; able to work under pressure
  • Must relate well to patients, security staff, visitors, and co-workers
  • Functions within the Georgia Board of Nursing Nurse Practice Act
  • Must have current Health Care Provider BCLS Certification
Benefits
