Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Service Liaison to join our team at King Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team with daily tasks, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining sales calendars.
  • Manage and update customer records in our CRM system.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
  • Support the sales team in managing customer inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Track and manage inventory of sales materials and promotional items.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating sales events and promotions.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Provide administrative support, including handling phone calls and other communications.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator, Sales Support, or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and support multiple team members.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 per year.
