We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our ICU team at AdventHealth Zephyrhills. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the multidisciplinary treatment team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Administer, supervise, coordinate, and evaluate the nursing process in the provision of care
- Act as a role model for the mission and patient promise of AdventHealth Zephyrhills
- Utilize the nursing process to provide quality care to patients
- Identify patient care requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and actual patients and other persons in a position to understand care requirements
- Establish a compassionate environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, friends, and families
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification
- American Heart Association ACLS certification upon hire
- NIHSS stroke certification within 30 days of hire and renewed annually/per policy
- Current Florida state Registered Nurse licensure
