As part of your development, you will undergo a comprehensive four-month paid training program designed to equip you with the skills to make informed recommendations using a consultative sales approach.

You will also gain insights into branch operations, including opening and closing procedures, while honing your decision-making abilities to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.


Key Responsibilities:

Employ a consultative sales strategy to enhance customer relationships by introducing additional products and services during account openings and throughout all service interactions.

This will be achieved through effective customer engagement and lobby interactions, while consistently upholding the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and ethics.

Contribute to the growth and retention of both deposit and loan customers by initiating new relationships through proactive outreach efforts.
Exhibit sound judgment in decision-making related to risk management, profitability, operational integrity, and customer service in every situation.
Perform teller duties as needed, ensuring accurate and efficient transaction processing while maintaining a satisfactory balancing record.
Adhere to all established operational protocols and procedures.

Qualifications:
A high school diploma or GED is required.

A college degree is preferred, or at least one year of demonstrated success in delivering exceptional customer service within the financial services or retail sectors.

A leadership demeanor is essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor, are required.
Ability to travel as necessary for training purposes.

Candidates under consideration will undergo additional background checks as mandated by regulatory authorities.


All employees are responsible for serving as risk managers within their roles by understanding, reporting, responding to, managing, and monitoring risks encountered daily, in alignment with Dollar Bank's risk management program.

Compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies is a fundamental aspect of all job descriptions.
