Job Overview

Horizon Dynamics is seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our production control technology team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage production orders to meet deadlines, quality, and cost requirements.
  • Monitor work progress in the assigned production area and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with industrial engineering to design and optimize workspaces.
  • Determine production alternatives in case of capacity failure and consult with the production manager.
  • Participate in quality assurance and implement prescribed quality standards.
  • Analyze causes of disruptions and irregularities in the process and propose optimization tasks.
  • Lead and motivate employees to achieve team goals.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Completed training as an electrician or a comparable training with an electronic background.
  • Additional training as a master or state-certified technician.
  • Several years of professional experience in electrical/electronic component production and switchgear.
  • Knowledge of REFA principles and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
