In your new Plant Maintenance Senior Technician role, you will:
- Monitor control system data and take action when systems are out of control, in alarm, or changing unexpectedly.
- Perform system rounds and rotate equipment.
- Coordinate/Plan/Perform equipment preventative maintenance, repairs, and improvements.
- Work with contractors to make repairs and improvements.
- Work with management, engineers, and other team members.
- Respond to control problems, alarms, variations, and calibrations.
- Document system changes, operating procedures, events, and improvements.
- Solve system and equipment problems.
Required Qualifications:
- One or more of the following:
- AA/AS Degree or greater in Related Field.
- 2 or more years of Plant/Facilities Maintenance or Related Experience with High School diploma or GED
- 2 or more years of Military Experience in Related Field.
- Ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities and environmental conditions in a team atmosphere.
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment.
- Ability to read and understand schematics and one-line drawings.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Are good with your hands. Understand mechanical components and have the ability to repair. Understand preventative maintenance practices.
- Can work safely and with safe practices.
- Are self-motivated and works for constant improvement.
- Have experience working on Facilities Plant systems & equipment:
- Reverse Osmosis, Deionized Water, Chilled Water, Building Automation, Makeup Air, Air Handling, Roof Top Units, Hot Water and Low-Pressure Steam Boilers, Acid Waste Neutralization, Chemical Distribution, Gas Distribution, Fume Scrubbers, General Exhaust, Vacuum & Compressed Dry Air Systems.
- Physical Demands: Lift and move processing equipment, applicable tools, office equipment, and some chemical drums. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. Ability to work 12 hour shifts, a minimum of 3-4 days/week. Variety of standing, sitting & data entry. Wear complete fab attire for full shift Meet all safety and cleanroom requirements. Wear proper personal protective equipment, and work with; hazardous chemicals, gasses, and hot/cold outdoor environment.
- Requires the ability to work E Shift, defined as Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm, with a 60-minute unpaid meal period in mid-shift.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Have Military experience in a related field.
- Have experience in semiconductor fab facilities.
- Semiconductor Facilities Maintenance Experience.
- 8 or more years of experience in Facilities Maintenance or Related Field.
- Certifications, Licenses or Experience in any of the following:
- HVAC
- Electrical (Industrial-Level)
- Building Automation
- Bulk Chemical Distribution Systems
- Bulk and Specialty Cylinder Gas Systems
- AutoCAD Software
US Citizenship Required: This position will require the holding of or ability to obtain government security clearance which requires U.S Citizenship.
