This position will be responsible for the technical management for AT&T Government Solutions National Security/Emergency Preparedness (NS/EP) Program. As a member of the NS/EP Technical team, this individual will assist in managing/coordinating with other partner organizations (i.e., Labs and Mobility) responsible for providing support for AT&T's GETS/WPS contract. In addition, the position requires account planning, sales funnel, business case and proposal development to expand existing opportunities for AT&T's NS/EP and infrastructure protection programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze of GETS and WPS Office Measurements and Performance Measurements

o Perform root cause analysis of issues and formulate possible remediation.

• Support the development and production of contract required documents.

• Develop tools to assist Control Center functions and reporting.

Required Qualifications

The NS/EP Technical management team interfaces directly with the Emergency Communications Division under the Department of Homeland Security (DHS/CISA) ensuring that NS/EP services support the ECD in its mission to provide Continuity of Operations and Continuity of Government during times of emergency. This position requires the individual possess excellent skills in customer relations and management along with some technical knowledge of AT&T's network. Requires strong communications skills with a focus on technical writing, presentations, and briefings. Must be able to analyze, define client business problems and coordinate the implementation of a variety of services to solve customer needs.

Desired Qualifications

Requires network operations experience with technical knowledge of AT&T's Next Generation Networks

o Experience accessing AT&T data systems

Knowledge of end to end wireless network architecture and operations

Our Senior System Engineer II's earn between $120,000 - $150,000. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
