Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Assessment: Conduct thorough project assessments, collaborating with sales teams and project managers to deliver accurate estimates for HVAC projects.

  • Complex Project Management: Handle projects of varying complexities with precision and attention to detail in your estimates.

Requirements:
  • 5+ Years of HVAC Estimating / Project Management Experience: A robust foundation in HVAC estimating and project management is essential.
  • Diverse Project Portfolio: Demonstrated experience with a variety of project types, including commercial and industrial, showcasing your adaptability.
  • Estimation Expertise: Proficiency in estimating HVAC project costs, crafting cost estimates, reviewing plans and specifications, researching materials, reading blueprints, evaluating bids, and preparing proposals.
  • Industry Awareness: Keeping up-to-date with current industry trends to remain competitive.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration.
  • Code and Specification Knowledge: Familiarity with energy codes and project specifications.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintaining well-organized records of completed estimates.
