Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Review and Negotiation Specialist to join our team at Actalent. As a key member of our engineering and sciences services team, you will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating contracts to ensure compliance with legal requirements and policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review contracts to prevent potential disputes and financial risks
  • Analyze contract clauses, stipulations, obligations, and liabilities
  • Recommend and draft contract provisions and amendments
  • Review supplier contract terms and conditions
  • Negotiate contract terms, payment structures, and reimbursement with other parties
  • Ensure contract terms comply with legal requirements and policies
  • Advise internal departments on innovative and cost-effective ways to comply with contractual obligations
  • Document processes and maintain files, and update amendments to contract law

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to balance multiple assignments and responsibilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite, specifically Power Apps, Power Automate, and PowerBI
