Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Women's Services team on a per diem night shift basis. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and contribute to a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care and evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers.
  • Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments and maintain professional accountability for provision of patient care.
  • Perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and mercy service standards.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate degree in nursing (associate degree, diploma, or BSN).
  • A current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed.
  • The ability to push, pull, and/or lift 50 pounds on a regular basis.
  • Prolonged standing and walking each shift.
  • The ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat to perform duties.
