Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Women's Services team on a per diem night shift basis. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients on the Women's Services unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in patient and family education, including providing information on health conditions, treatments, and self-care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication, respect, and teamwork among colleagues.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of hire.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
