Job Summary
The Business Department at Wheaton College invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure track Visiting Assistant Professor with expertise in teaching a diverse range of business courses. The successful candidate will share our commitment to integrating business majors within a broad, interdisciplinary liberal arts education and contribute to the development of a vibrant, growing business department with an inclusive, innovative, and collaborative culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach a 3-3 course load, including Fundamentals of Business, Organizational Behavior, Business Ethics, and Human Resources
- Develop and implement curriculum to meet the needs of business students
- Contribute to the growth and development of the Business Department
- Participate in departmental and college-wide initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Teaching experience in higher education
- Ability to work in a collaborative and inclusive environment
