Job Summary

Disability Solutions, a leading employer in the field of disability services, seeks an experienced Field Operations Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of job responsibilities including delivery of medical supplies, customer service, vehicle maintenance, equipment and facility maintenance, and supply chain management.

About the Job

This position involves working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering high-quality results. The ideal candidate will have a commercial driver's license (CDL), be able to lift 50 pounds, and have experience working in a warehouse or distribution center setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform equipment and plant maintenance, load and deliver medical supplies, operate equipment to manage inventory, and receive and unload product.
  • Ensure vehicle loading and operations comply with regulations and maintain a clean, orderly vehicle.
  • Assist with special projects, attend training sessions, and perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
  • Promote the Disability Solutions brand and make accurate, timely, and safe product deliveries.
Requirements
  • Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
  • Lift 50 pounds
  • Work Ag-Industry Hours with overtime in peak season
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive compensation package for this position, estimated to be around $$60,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional growth and development, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
