About the Role

This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about crop development and agronomy. As an Agronomy Field Specialist, you will work closely with our customers to provide them with expert advice on crop management, scouting, and product application.

Responsibilities:

  • Gaining knowledge of general agronomy skills such as scouting, crop protection products, crop nutrient products, seed, custom application procedures, mixing procedures, truck driving, and delivering product.
  • Performing all agronomy/seed operations.
  • Maintaining quality of inventory.
  • Regulating and periodic housecleaning processes and record keeping.
  • Assisting with repairs and preventative maintenance for all agronomy equipment.
  • Providing excellent customer service and assisting customers as needed.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in Ag Business, Crop Science, or other Agriculture related degree program.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Software.

Compensation: We offer a competitive total rewards package that includes a base wage of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This salary reflects the market rate for similar positions in the area.
