Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver accurate cost estimates for commercial drywall projects based on plans, specifications, and project objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, general contractors, and vendors through proactive communication and follow-up.
  • Partner with project managers and field teams to refine scopes of work, ensuring clear understanding and alignment on project details.
  • Research and analyze materials, labor, and time requirements to develop competitive estimates.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and industry events to stay connected and informed within the industry.
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
