Job Summary

We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Valet Associate to provide exceptional service to our guests. As a Valet Associate, you will be responsible for parking and retrieving guest vehicles, handling luggage and packages, and providing a warm and welcoming experience to our guests.

Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, and provide assistance with parking and luggage.
  • Valet Parking: Park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and courteous manner, and use claim tickets to ensure accurate documentation of vehicle damage and arrival/departure dates.
  • Luggage Handling: Handle luggage and packages with care, and ensure that they are delivered to the correct guest room or location.
  • Rooming Process: Assist guests with check-in and check-out, and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
  • Taxis and Transportation: Arrange for taxis and other transportation services as needed, and assist guests with their transportation needs.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized work area, and ensure that all guest service areas are tidy and well-maintained.
  • Communication: Maintain open communication with guests and colleagues, and respond to questions and requests in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required.
  • Hotel Experience: Preferred.
  • Professional Appearance and Manner: Must maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Driving Skills: Ability to drive vans, trucks, and automobiles with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry luggage and packages with weights up to 75 lbs.
