About the Role

We are seeking experienced event workers to join our Security Event Staff team at Kansas Speedway. As a key member of our team, you will provide a visible security presence to guests and employees, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen all persons entering ticketed and/or secure areas for valid credentials/tickets
  • Assist guests with questions regarding directions, information about the facility, parking, and disabled assistance
  • Post security presence throughout Speedway properties
  • Assist with moving equipment, setting up signs, barricades, and fencing in support of events
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time in excess of 8 hours at a time
  • Positive attitude
  • Valid Driver's License
