National Maintenance Work Requirements Lead

General Dynamics Land Systems is seeking a highly skilled National Maintenance Work Requirements Lead to join our team. As a key member of our logistics support structure, you will be responsible for leading the development of National Maintenance Work Requirements (NMWR) and Depot Maintenance Work Requirements (DMWR) for all programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain NMWR and DMWR for all programs
- Prepare Logistics Assessment Reports (LAR)
- Train and advise team members
- Gather and assess NMWR source data
- Ensure compliance with U.S. Army logistics support structure, policies, and procedures
- Collaborate with Government, GDLS, and vendor personnel to identify and resolve data discrepancies
- High School Diploma required with relevant experience
- Bachelor degree in Engineering discipline or other degrees will be considered with relevant experience preferred
- Strong meeting and training facilitation skills and experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to act as the main point of contact for all NMWR efforts
- Extensive experience with LSA/LSAR and SLICwave
- Extensive experience with TC and CAD
- Extensive experience with Bill Of Material management
- Thorough working knowledge of U.S. Army logistics support structure, policies, and procedures
- Thorough working knowledge of MIL-STD-1388-2B and GEIA-STD-0007
- Expert with IETM viewers such as EMS2, EMS NG, IADS
- Thorough working knowledge and experience with developing/processing LPR's/EPR's, ECP's, CR's, and CO's
- Excellent customer rapport
- Ability to meet quality standards as set forth by the department manager
- Familiarity with Adobe Professional and Microsoft Office Products
