Position: General Control Clerk I
Position Overview: EMCOR Government Services is seeking a Clerk I to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage tenant service requests through various channels including phone and email.
- Generate and finalize service requests and preventative maintenance tickets using Maximo.
- Coordinate tasks for Field Technicians.
- Prepare monthly preventative maintenance reports for the Chief Engineer.
- Handle filing, reception duties, and update site information.
- Exhibit meticulous attention to detail while executing repetitive tasks.
- Regularly monitor and analyze Open Service Orders and Open PMs reports to ensure timely task completion.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create professional and accurate documentation as required.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by the Management Team.
- At least 1 year of office experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, with a strong emphasis on Excel)
- Exceptional calendar management skills, including proficiency with Outlook
- Experience with office equipment and coordinating travel and meetings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional demeanor is essential
- Ability to exercise sound judgment
- Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong interpersonal abilities
Compensation Range: $18.74 / hr.
