Key Responsibilities:


As the Lead Operations Strategist, you will oversee various departments and manage the complete delivery process, from strategic planning to execution and performance monitoring.


This role demands a commitment to operational excellence, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to navigate complexities while effectively leading, influencing, and developing your team.


Enhancing Operational Efficiency:
Design and implement streamlined processes and best practices to optimize delivery operations. Ensure prompt and precise deliveries, enhance routing efficiency, and manage resources to boost productivity.

Foster a culture of accountability to achieve or surpass company objectives and initiatives.

Data-Driven Insights:
Leverage data analytics and performance metrics to assess and enhance delivery operations. Identify trends, analyze performance data, and execute strategies to improve efficiency and minimize costs.


Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among all managers, staff, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.


Driving Revenue Growth:

Propel revenue growth by identifying and executing opportunities to increase delivery volume, enhance service quality, and broaden our customer base.

Develop and maintain quality control and safety assurance protocols.

Enhance the efficiency of existing processes to improve the company's operational capacity.

Encourage a culture of collaboration and innovation within the delivery team.

Leadership and Team Development:

Ensure adherence to all relevant state medical cannabis regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.


5+ years of demonstrated experience in leading multiple teams within a dynamic operations management environment, with a proven track record in process optimization, team development, and driving continuous improvement.

Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with a history of inspiring and cultivating high-performing teams.

Strong communication skills, capable of building and maintaining positive relationships both internally and externally.

Ability to perform well under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations, and adapt to changing circumstances.

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Proficient in evaluating and revising operations and procedures in response to organizational changes and objectives.

Strong financial management skills, including budget development and oversight.

Excellent organizational and time management capabilities.

Detail-oriented and proactive.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with basic technology (e.g., POS systems, Microsoft Office, and/or Google Suite applications).

Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical capability to move throughout the operation during shifts, including frequent bending, pulling, pushing, crouching, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
