At Home is seeking a dedicated Freight Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for leading and training teams in performing all freight functions, including unloading, processing, stocking, and resets. The ideal candidate will provide customers with a positive shopping experience, perform cashier duties accurately, and maintain 5S standards in receiving. Additionally, they will lead the team in performing all freight functions, including stocking and resets, and ensure Specialists are focused first in their specialized areas. The successful candidate will have at least 18 years old, a High School Diploma/Equivalent, and be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and some holidays. They will also be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs., team lift 100 lbs., and contribute to a customer-focused environment while demonstrating excellent service. The estimated salary for this role is around $45,000 to $55,000 per year, depending on experience and location. The benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. As a Freight Operations Coordinator at At Home, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our stores are stocked and merchandised effectively. You will lead and train teams in performing all freight functions, including unloading, processing, stocking, and resets. Your primary responsibility will be to provide customers with a positive shopping experience by ensuring that the store is well-stocked and organized. You will also be responsible for performing cashier duties accurately and maintaining 5S standards in receiving. In addition to these responsibilities, you will lead the team in performing all freight functions, including stocking and resets, and ensure Specialists are focused first in their specialized areas.
